Job Type: Temporary with the Potential to become permanent ( Fri, April 26th, 2024 - Wed, July 24,th 2024)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (7 AM - 3 PM)
Salary: $40 - $42 per hour
Overview
Eagle Staffing Company is seeking a Registered Nurse on behalf of our valued client, a Long Term Structured Residential Facility. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the full spectrum of nursing duties, overseeing the health and wellbeing of the individuals we service.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributing as a key player to our multidisciplinary team that delivers services from a comprehensive, values-based perspective.
- Coordinating the ordering, delivery, storage, and administration of medications in line with the unique needs of the program/service.
- Educating both the individuals we service and our team about common health concerns, giving staff any necessary training to best accommodate the needs of those we serve.
- Evaluating and responding to ongoing and potential health issues manifested by the individuals we serve.
- Ensuring all appropriate documentation is completed to meet standards set by RHD, funders, licensing, and accreditation bodies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited professional nursing program (AD, hospital, or BSN); BSN preferred.
- Hold a current license to practice.
- Prior experience in dealing with mental health concerns is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- The candidate must have a Titer Hep B vaccination.
- Valid Drivers License
- Physical (less than 6 months old)
- Proof of Negative TB
- Required Vaccinations
- PA Criminal Clearance
