Now Hiring: Administrative Customer Service Rep $18/hr - 2-3 month Assignment.  In office 5 days per week.


Location: 7300 block of Holstein Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (½ hour unpaid lunch)
Start Date: ASAP | Assignment through approx. 9/30 (subject to extension)

Eagle Staffing Company is seeking a Customer Service/Admin Support Specialist for our client located in Southwest Philadelphia. If you're organized, professional, and excel at providing outstanding customer service we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


️ Serve as the main point of contact for all customer interactions (phone & email)
️ Greet and assist customers in-person, handling all aspects of repair service
️ Create and manage work orders, provide estimates, and finalize invoices
️ Communicate clearly to obtain authorizations and approvals
️ Perform light cashier functions and general office duties
️ Use MS Word and Excel to maintain accurate documentation
️ Keep customers informed of updates, delays, or additional work needed
️ Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish

️ Skills & Requirements:
Minimum of HS Diploma

Prior experience required

Strong communication & customer service skills

Comfortable with data entry; knowledge of Excel & Word is helpful

Previous experience in an automotive or repair environment is a plus
