Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist with expertise in Shopify Store Management and Client Support for UK-based customers via email and chat. This role involves more than just customert; you will also handle cost calculations, budgeting, and spreadsheet management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries via email and chat efficiently.
  • Assist customers with platform features and troubleshooting.
  • Track and share customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Provide insights on new features and functionalities to customers.
  • Assist in training junior chat support agents.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for budgeting and cost calculations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in E-commerce: Shopify, WordPress, or other online platforms.
  • Experience in email-based support (call center experience is NOT valid).
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, help desk software, and remote support tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
