Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig as an IT Finance Operations Officer.

In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments to technology suppliers. You will handle validation, accruals, and cost allocations while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting the banks financial integrity in technology-related expenditures.

What the role will entail

  • Review and validate invoices from technology suppliers

  • Ensure timely processing of payments in accordance with contract terms and internal policies

  • Prepare monthly accruals for unpaid invoices

  • Allocate costs accurately across cost centers and projects

  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve payment disputes and discrepancies

  • Maintain clear documentation and communication trails for audit and compliance purposes

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

  • Ensure adherence to financial controls and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in a banking or technology environment

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
