Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig as a Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term).
In this role, you will drive end-to-end technical recruitment efforts for our growing information technology division and digital products and services from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract top tech talent and contribute to the banks digital transformation journey.

What the role will entail
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified technical candidates
- Screen, assess, and interview applicants to ensure they meet role requirements and qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding while providing an excellent candidate experience
- Maintain an effective applicant tracking system and generate reports on recruitment metrics
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in technical recruitment and digital hiring tools
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of IT roles, software development, cloud, and programming languages
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical talent
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
