What the role will entail

  • Drive IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across technology operations
  • Collaborate with CIO/CTO and IT leaders to evaluate investments and optimize ROI
  • Monitor IT expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial efficiency
  • Oversee reporting of software licenses, hardware assets, and cloud service costs
  • Build financial models to guide key tech decisions and vendor negotiations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal audit standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Advanced credentials such as MBA or CPA are highly preferred and considered an asset.
  • Solid background in IT finance, investment planning, and corporate FP&A within tech-driven environments
  • Deep understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, lifecycle cost management, and cloud financial tools
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytics, with strong command of Excel and budgeting platforms
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with ITIL, CapEx/OpEx strategies
