Our Risk Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Risk Officer (Liquidity Risk and Funding).
In this role you will be responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting liquidity and funding risks across the Bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with the Bank's risk appetite, policies, and funding strategy. You will also support effective Asset Liability Management, contribute to stress testing and contingency funding planning, and provide independent risk oversight over Treasury and balance sheet activities.

What the role will entail
- Monitor the Bank's liquidity position, funding stability, and cash flow gaps on a regular basis
- Identify potential liquidity or funding risks early and escalate issues to management
- Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate performance under adverse conditions
- Prepare and present regular risk reports for senior management and committees
- Ensure compliance with BSP regulations and internal liquidity risk policies while supporting reviews of new products and funding plans
- Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, and other Risk teams, and assist during regulatory reviews, audits, and internal assessments
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Liquidity Risk, Asset Liability Management, Treasury Risk, Market Risk, or broader Banking Risk Management
- Working knowledge of banking balance sheet dynamics and liquidity regulations
- Open to fresh graduates with a solid Finance degree who are eager to learn and build a career in Risk Management
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
