In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services and infrastructure deployments, ensuring timely execution, adherence to quality standards, and seamless collaboration across technical and business teams.

What the role will entail

• Deliver IT infrastructure, applications, and services, ensuring timely execution and SLA compliance
• Coordinate deployments, configurations, and post-implementation support
• Collaborate across teams to validate solutions and resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and optimize workflows through automation
• Communicate status updates and risks to stakeholders with clarity and precision

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
• Possession of certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant deployment technologies is preferred
• Proven experience in IT service delivery, systems deployment, or infrastructure support is required
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and deployment tools including ITSM and monitoring solutions is required
• Scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Python, or Bash to support task automation will be an advantage
• Effective communication and multitasking abilities is essential for the role, with preferred familiarity in DevOps practices, agile delivery frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
