Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Metro Manila in the role of Relationship Manager.
In this role, you will acquire and manage new and existing client relationships to support the Bank's growth objectives. You will be expected to actively solicit new-to-bank accounts, develop strong relationships with clients, and provide tailored financial solutions. By managing a portfolio of accounts, you will help maximize returns, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a high level of client service that supports long-term profitability.

What the role will entail
- Actively solicit and develop new client relationships aligned with business targets and strategic priorities
- Proactively manage existing relationships to grow, maintain, or exit accounts as appropriate
- Maximize profitability by encouraging deposit generation and optimal fund deployment
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain complete and updated account documentation and relationship housekeeping
- Support the achievement of ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) targets for the division
- Oversee fair distribution of sales targets and effective use of team resources
- Identify high-return lending opportunities while maintaining prudent risk management
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Officer in commercial or corporate lending, preferably in a mid- to large-sized bank
- Strong knowledge of banking products, financial analysis, risk management, and market trends
- Effective communication, client management, and data analysis skills
