Our Digital Products and Channels Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Channels Experience Officer.

In this role, you will support the Head of Channels Experience in managing the Project Management Office, Bank Marketing, and IT teams, focusing on the conceptualization, design, execution, maintenance, and innovation of OMNI-channel products. You will drive digital product innovation, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across digital platforms and partners, and standardize CX/UI/UX for both internal and 3rd party open banking partners. Additionally, you will oversee project development, testing, delivery, and monitoring of products and features within the Channels Experience portfolio.

What the role will entail

  • Collaborate with EWB BUs and Segment/Product teams to digitize and onboard relevant bank products across all customer channels, using customer-centric design thinking.
  • Develop and manage digital banking products and services, including Widget Design, eKYC, MGM programs, and product onboarding for EasyWay.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of EWB/EWRB Multi-Product Digital Channels (EasyWay, KOMO, Websites), from ideation to evolution.
  • Acquire and manage 3rd party Value Added Services for digital channels, such as AGEAS Insurance and EWIBI.
  • Leverage customer digital data, analytics, and feedback to improve behavioral modeling for product opportunities and risk management.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and management of digital products and features, maintaining a customer-centric focus.
  • Build and manage an innovation pipeline to introduce new digital products and enhance existing ones, ensuring market competitiveness and relevance.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Technology.
  • At least 4 years of cumulative experience in Technology-based industries (IT, Telco, etc.), Digital start-ups, Banking and/or Fintech.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices in product development and channel management.
  • Knowledgeable in regulatory frameworks and rules.
  • Proven success in leading digital innovation and driving business growth through digital products and channels.
