Our Branch Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in EastWest stores nationwide in the role of Relationship Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible in retaining and enhancing client relationships, striving to boost deposits through personalized sales approach, cross-selling initiatives, and proactive communication, while ensuring compliance and promptly addressing client needs.

What the role will entail

• Contribute to the overall sales acquisition/retention and customer service strategy of the store focused on growth of managed accounts as assigned at the start of the year by improving share of wallet by selling products and services to qualified clients.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree
• At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in marketing bank products is an advantage.
• With expertise in sales, marketing, and portfolio management
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented person.
