Our Wealth Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in multiple sites listed above with the role of Priority Center Head.

As the Center Head, you will lead a team of Priority Relationship Managers and Client Relationship Officers, focusing on sales performance and exceptional client service. Your role includes coaching the team, monitoring productivity, and meeting revenue and cost targets for the EastWest Priority Center.

What the role will entail

• Achieve New to Bank customer target and Upgrade existing to bank clients to Priority Banking.
• Equip the frontline sales team with the necessary tools and support to enhance total portfolio AUM by acquiring new clients and deepening existing client relationships.
• Equip the frontline sales team with tools and support to drive NII, fees, and trading income.
• Provide the frontline sales team access to all bank products, deposits, investments, bancassurance, consumer lending and support their cross-selling initiatives
• Conduct proper AML/KYC Due Diligence upon on boarding.
• Prompt and accurate reporting of Suspicious Transactions to the Compliance Division

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related field is required; a postgraduate degree is a plus.

• Trust UITF, SEC Fixed Income, and SEC Equities certifications are a plus.
• 10 years Sales Leadership experience retail banking, preferably in Wealth Management
