We are looking for detail-oriented and organized individuals to join us for the role of HR Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term).
In this role, you will provide administrative support in various tasks including but not limited to managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical duties.

What the role will entail
- Generate, track, and follow up on recruitment documents, including NFIS, AMLA, contracts, and accreditation requirements.
- Administer the required assessments to candidates and validate results and scores.
- Conduct and complete due diligence check on applicants in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure completion of any missing or pending requirements.
- Encode, update, and maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and HR systems.
- Attend and support career fairs and other sourcing events.
- Assist in resume collection, initial screening support, and candidate coordination.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to recruiters and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure necessary technical support and system access for Talent Acquisition activities.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and turnaround time.
- Other administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.
What were looking for
- Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Human Resources or related course
- 1-2 years proven experience in an administrative function
- Open to fresh graduates with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and demonstrate good time management
