Our People Experience, Technology and Analytics team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City with the role of Loans Officer.
In this role, you will support the delivery and administration of employee benefits programs - such as company loans, insurance, and statutory benefits - while ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and compliance with policies and regulations. You will also serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth and efficient benefits operations.

What the role will entail
- Administer employee loan applications including salary, car, and housing loans by preparing computations, processing documentation, and coordinating approvals and disbursements.
- Manage government loan and benefits processing (SSS, PAGIBIG), including completeness checks, benefit computations, and PhilHealth certification requests.
- Facilitate funeral assistance claims and liaise with insurance providers for accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee uniform and nameplate distribution, and track employee accountabilities for lost items and offboarding requirements.
- Prepare payroll validation files for deductions, reimbursements, and loan-related transactions, including officer loan communications for board approval.
- Review vendor billing invoices for uniforms and collateral, and reconcile accounting floats across relevant general ledger accounts.
- Support compliance and audit activities by providing documentation, safeguarding personal data, and escalating potential data breaches.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR Compensation and Benefits, with a strong background in employee and government loan processing is required for the role
- Familiarity with accounting principles is an advantage
- Possesses advanced HR business acumen, analytical skills, and risk management orientation, with expert-level customer service focus and strong team collaboration.
- Demonstrates practical experience in communication, innovation, project and stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and people development.
