Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig with the role of Business Technology Head.

In this role you will be responsible for driving the strategic alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. This position oversees digital transformation, agile delivery, and technology governance while ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders, scrum teams, and IT functions

What the role will entail

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements
• Bridge business and Agile/Scrum teams, facilitating sprints and strengthening agile practices
• Lead end‑to‑end project and program management, including governance, budgets, and timelines
• Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of systems
• Build and develop high‑performing teams while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with proven expertise in project management and agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of scrum methodology, product lifecycle management, and enterprise systems.
• Experience in product testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
