Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Shared Services Delivery Head.

In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technology solutions through a shared services model, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals while overseeing solution design, delivery execution, and resource management to drive efficient, scalable, and high-quality system development across business units. You will also act as a unifying leader to strengthen delivery maturity and build talent capability, directly contributing to the bank's digital transformation and modernization agenda.

What the role will entail

• Lead, manage, and develop the Shared Delivery Services team composed of Solution Designers, Delivery Services Engineers, and Technical Delivery Managers
• Drive the planning and execution of systems delivery projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
• Establish and maintain standardized delivery practices and frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability across teams
• Collaborate with Business, Product Owners, and Architecture teams to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise strategy
• Monitor delivery risks and dependencies across squads, proactively escalating and resolving blockers
• Lead resourcing strategy, workforce planning, and talent development to support the team's long-term sustainability

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, engineering or any related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology delivery, including at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role
• Proven experience managing large-scale systems development teams or delivery organizations, with a background in financial services or other regulated industries preferred
• Strong understanding of systems delivery lifecycle methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), with expertise in solution design and architecture alignment
• Proven capabilities in program and project management, DevOps and continuous delivery practices, as well as risk and issue management
