Production Manager

In partnership with our Client, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager, to take ultimate responsibility for a high-quality FMCG manufacturer.

• The Production Manager ensures that daily operations meet company targets and goals safely, efficiently, and with the specified quality.

Essential functions and job duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations.
• Focus on production output and product quality, minimize unnecessary costs, and waste.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Develop and execute strategies in line with overarching initiatives, offering a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Analyze measurable results and seek to improve processes and behaviors to maximize productivity and profit.

What will make you successful:

• Masters degree from Technical University.
• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment as a Production Manager with a demonstrated history of progressive responsibility.
• Experience with ERP systems - SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Direct experience with business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
• Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
