About the job Organizational Development & Transformation Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Development & Transformation Specialist to support strategic change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within ZKW.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone early in their career who is eager to contribute to organizational development and process optimization projects. The position offers opportunities to grow and gain experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, ideally suited for someone with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of organizational transformation activities.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency efforts across teams.
- Help document organizational structures, workflows, and process changes.
- Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement related to change initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to quality and management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) in transformation efforts.
- Participate in change management initiatives and cultural alignment projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support on integration tasks.
- Track progress of smaller projects and assist in reporting and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or process improvement.
- Basic understanding of organizational structures and business process mapping.
- Interest or familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with project tracking tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently on tasks while receiving guidance for larger initiatives.
