We are seeking a dedicated Roster Administrator who is proficient in German and English, ideally with experience in rostering / workforce scheduling.

Job Requirements:

Communication in English & German:

· Carrying out business correspondence in English & German

· Coordinate with international teams and assist with translation issues

Reporting:

· Preparation of accurate and well-structured reports for management

· Working closely with various departments

Excel expert:

· Advanced knowledge of Excel, including creating formulas, pivot tables

· Automation of recurring processes to increase efficiency

Accurate working:

· Careful review of documents and data to ensure accuracy

· Identifying and correcting errors in various administrative processes

· Teamwork and coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information

· Support team members with administrative tasks

Organizational skills:

· Effective planning and organization of administrative processes

· Ensuring deadlines and schedules are met

Qualifications:

· Completed training in administration, business administration or comparable qualification

· Proven experience in administration with a strong focus on numbers and system applications

· Excellent knowledge of Excel and other relevant software applications

· Fluency in English and basic German, written and spoken

· French is an additional advantage

· Detail orientation and ability to work accurately in a dynamic environment.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in advanced Rostering systems
