  • The Project Manager will maintain the teams work plan (tasks, milestones, & dependencies) and resource needs within and across teams. Communicate and coach process teams on the usage of Project management processes and tools. Help to identify and qualify project team risks, issues, and scope changes and assist in their tracking using Project management tools and defined processes.
  • Assist to create and maintain the integrated project plan.
  • Monitor and communicate weekly project burn rate. Track issues and risks.
  • Maintain team milestones and dependencies within and across teams. Assess and communicate critical path and impacts of moving milestones and dependencies.
  • Assist PM or Program manager to ensure issues assigned to team are being worked, updated, and closed in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Project Manager leading a team consisting of 15 to 20+ people. Effectively work within a project team and build collaborative partnerships.
  • Work with the Project/Program Manager assisting with large projects and portfolios (multi-year/multi-phase projects, budget $5M+, 3+ stakeholders).
  • Assists Project Managers to deliver projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the organizations governance and project management framework.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG:

  • Monitors and measures project/program progress to identify variances from the plan and communicate needed corrections to PM/Program Manager
  • Monitors and manages the resources plan and assist the PM/Program Manager with resource management and allocation
  • Monitors and tracks the project cost vs budget
  • Assists the project team with Project management processes and activities. Contains and resolves issues within the project that do not require Project Sponsor attention
  • Reports out to program and portfolio management on hours, actuals, remaining cost and forecasts for the projects under the control of the coordinator
  • Executes improvement initiatives to bring the PMO service on a level
  • Arranges on-boarding for new team members and off-boarding for resources leaving. Assists the project team with organizing meetings, workshops and event
  • Performs a super user role for the project team in the collaboration space with applications like MS Teams, Mural, whiteboard, Menti, etc

OUR IDEAL TEAMMATE HAS/IS:

  • Full understanding and working knowledge of Project Management methodology, PM tools and processes
  • Display knowledge of core competencies such as Project Delivery, Budget Management, Risk Management, and Estimating and Planning. Expected expertise in each of these areas will vary based on job level and are expected to increase with a progression towards the title of Project Manager
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills + other European language
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with project team members, project lead, sponsor
  • 2+ years minimum project coordination experience, managing or supporting projects with budget of minimum $250,000 spend is considered a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, active inquiry skills
  • Relationship building at all levels and cross-function/platform
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor, and control a schedule, budget, and scope
  • Skilled using Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills excels at meeting preparation, facilitation, note-taking/documentation, action item follow-up
  • Able to hold others accountable
  • Ability to learn our business, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
