We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Admin Agent who is proficient in German and English (1 position) as well as French and English (1 position), with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes.

  • The role requires managing recruitment administrative tasks, supporting the recruitment and selection process, and maintaining candidate records.

Requirements:

· Support recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.

· Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records.

· Application system management

· Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.

· Carrying out telephone interviews

· Facilitate communication between candidates, recruitment specialists, and HR management.

· Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and Swiss employment laws.

· Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

· Handle recruitment-related queries and provide timely assistance.

Qualification:

· Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role, preferably within a large organization.

· Fluency in German and English.

· Solid understanding of recruitment processes and Swiss employment legislation.

· Experience working remotely and managing recruitment tasks efficiently.

· Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.

· Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent candidate experience.
