Global Coordinator - (Training Management & Success Factors LMS / Recruiting)

For one of our partners, we are looking for a Global Coordinator - (Training Management & Success Factors LMS / Recruiting) with the described background:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Global system coordinator (Success Factors Learning Management)
• Implementation of training systems with standardized processes on
• a global scale
• Global People Development & Training Partner company Sites SK/CZ
• Technical support for SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Participation in the implementation or enhancement of Success
• Factors, systems/processes
• Technical and professional documentation
• Training of HR colleagues in efficient usage of HR Tools & Systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed business or technical education at the university level
• Experience in HR (focused on Training Management) within international contexts
• Advanced knowledge in SuccessFactors LMS
• Experience with the SuccessFactors Recruiting module would be welcome
• Strong affinity for HR-IT systems & HR Data
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and service orientation skills
• Advanced English skills
