We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development & Transformation Manager to lead and support strategic change initiatives across the company. The role involves designing and implementing organizational models, driving operational restructuring, and ensuring transformation projects align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, change management, and process improvement, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of organizational transformation initiatives to support scalable and future-ready business models.
- Drive operational restructuring projects, process optimization, and continuous improvement activities.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication to facilitate effective change adoption.
- Ensure compliance with relevant management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) throughout transformation processes.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for consistent change management practices across departments.
- Support cultural transformation efforts promoting inclusion, collaboration, and company values.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams on integration of new business units or processes.
- Monitor project progress, report on key metrics, and identify risks or issues for timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline; Masters degree preferred.
- 3-7 years of professional experience in organizational transformation, change management, or related fields.
- Proven track record in leading complex change initiatives and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and organizational HR best practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management and change management tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
