On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for the Hardware team to join the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Hardware & Layout Design of the developed products.
  • Coordinate the Hardware Engineering team assigned to him/her.
  • Lead the planning activities for the team members.
  • Guide the team and participate in the BOM creation and cost evaluation of the RFI and RFQ project assigned to her/him.
  • Assuring proper functionality of the developed device with the optimal components choice.
  • Evaluation of customer requirements in relation to the hardware.
  • Participation during the feasibility study of new products.
  • Evaluation of the initial time planning and the completion of all hardware milestones according to it.
  • Support the sample built in all stages of the product development.
  • Lead the technical communication with the required suppliers and other relevant teams-Test, Validation, FEA & etc.
  • To work closely with the plant at the beginning of the development.
  • To work in close relation with the customer at HW level; Give approval of the developed HW products.
  • Mentor the Hardware engineers and the new members of the Hardware team.
  • Take part or drive the implementation of new methods and techniques for continuous improvement and process control.

Requirements:

  • University degree in science, electronics engineering, or business management.
  • Experience in supervising teams or task coordination.
  • Great communication skills and ability to work in busy environment.
  • Well organized and thorough person.
  • Good knowledge of automotive standards.
  • Design to cost.
  • Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 26262 process.
  • Basic knowledge of thermal, hardware, and magnetic simulations.
  • Upper Intermediate Business English Level.
