We're hiring experienced German-speaking Payroll professionals, as well as motivated young talents eager to learn and grow in an international environment.

Their new Shared Services Center in Bulgaria is operated by Elevate, one of the leading Flexible Workforce Management Solutions providers on the market with 20 years of international experience. Demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, Swissports' new HR Center at Business Park Sofia showcases an exciting step forward in global operations as well as their dedication to enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
To lead this ambitious new project, we are building a dynamic team of talented HR professionals fluent in French or German. We are also looking for motivated individuals interested in developing their careers in HR, even if they don't have prior experience in the field. Candidates should have at least C1-level proficiency in German and a minimum B2-level proficiency in English.
Main requirements of the role:
- Process family and daily allowances for Swissport's employees
- Check for completeness of the submitted documents
- Completion of the forms (employer information)
- Applying for social security contributions from the compensation fund
- Managing sickness-related absences
- Entry of daily allowance payments in SAP
- Contact person for questions from our employees and authorities in connection with social security contributions (by telephone and email)
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is an advantage.
- Professional experience in HR, Payroll, or a related field is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Proficiency in Excel would be considered an advantage).
- Fluent in German (HB2-C1) and English (HB2).
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
