The Marketing Analytics and CRM Specialist will be working as part of the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through email and SMS channels. The position plays a crucial part in supporting the marketing team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create campaigns, as well as automated email communications;
• Build audiences for targeted emails;
• Oversee the deployment of campaigns;
• Implementing dynamic and personalized content across campaigns;
• Work across different departments, such as marketing and operations;
• Work on post-campaign reporting;
• Work to develop scalable acquisition programs with a view to database growth.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in Marketing is preferred;
• Fluency in the English language - written and spoken;
• Any experience/knowledge of email marketing and/or CRM is preferred;
• Knowledge of SQL is beneficial;
• Working knowledge of HTML is beneficial.
