Operating from a state-of-the-art office environment and supported by a dedicated local leadership team, your daily objectives include:

  • Omnichannel Advisory: Interface with clients via telephony, digital correspondence, and live chat to deliver authoritative information regarding credit portfolios.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Facilitate the application lifecycle by ensuring file integrity and articulating complex financing terms in clear, accessible language.
  • Relationship Management: Execute high-touch, personalized follow-ups to maintain superior levels of client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Strategic Profile Analysis: Evaluate unique client profiles to recommend bespoke financial solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

CANDIDATE ARCHETYPE

  • Linguistic Mastery: Flawless proficiency in French (C1/C2 level). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are our primary requirement.

OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE & BALANCE

Our workflow is designed to provide consistency while meeting the demands of an international market:

  • Standard Week: A 40-hour schedule.
  • Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 19:00.
  • Saturdays: Optimized morning shifts from 08:00 to 15:00.
  • Rest Cycles: You will enjoy 2 days off per week (Sunday is always fixed, plus one rotating day during the week).
