We are searching for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our award-winning team in Krakow. In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant for premier global technology clients, guiding organizations through digital transformations and cloud transitions while hitting ambitious growth targets.

This is a hybrid role designed for modern flexibility, requiring three days per week in our Krakow office with two days of remote work.

Your Strategic Impact

In this position, you will prioritize consultative problem-solving over simple transactions. Your mission is to identify cloud-based opportunities and engage directly with executive-level decision-makers to modernize their business infrastructure.

Your Primary Objectives:

  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term alliances with SMEs and C-suite executives.
  • Revenue Generation: Utilize deep product knowledge to lead negotiations, overcome client objections, and consistently surpass sales quotas.
  • Pipeline Development: Proactively source new business leads and manage a high-caliber sales funnel for our tech partners.
  • Market Insight: Stay at the forefront of cloud and digital advertising trends to provide expert-level guidance to your portfolio.
  • Team Alignment: Work in tandem with internal departments and the Operations Sales Manager to ensure individual efforts meet company-wide goals.

Who We Are Searching For

We are looking for a resourceful professional who excels in high-stakes business environments and possesses a "hunter" mindset.

  • Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in German (B2+/C1) and professional fluency in English (B2).
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of one year in sales, with a documented history of success in lead generation, closing deals, or account management.
  • Technical Literacy: A strong grasp of cloud ecosystems and a genuine enthusiasm for the technology industry.
  • Core Mindset: A resilient, self-starting attitude with the ability to navigate complex challenges independently.
  • Location: Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Krakow, Poland.
