Core Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients across phone, email, and chat to facilitate all aspects of travel assistance (including new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and information requests).
  • Offer accurate details and timely solutions, consistently working to achieve maximum client satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Fulfill all service requests promptly, ensuring adherence to established service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate efficiently with various internal teams to guarantee the fast and successful resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all company services, products, and operational procedures.
  • Document client communications and actions meticulously within the designated internal systems.
  • Actively contribute to the success of the team through knowledge sharing and peer support.

Essential Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: You must be fully fluent in German (written and verbal) for all external communication. A strong working knowledge of English (minimum B2) is required for internal operations.
  • Possess outstanding communication and decisive problem-solving skills.
  • A naturally client-focused approach, demonstrated by professionalism and empathy.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform well under pressure in a dynamic setting.
  • While previous experience in a customer support environment is helpful, it is not mandatory; comprehensive, specialized training will be provided.
