Core Responsibilities

In this position, you will protect digital spaces and deliver exceptional user care by executing the following tasks:

  • Inbound Support: Deliver premium assistance to Russian-speaking users through email and live chat, resolving inquiries regarding account recovery, privacy configurations, and core features.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Policy Guidance: Educate community members on platform guidelines and safety standards to foster a respectful and welcoming environment.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve daily productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining an empathetic, professional demeanor.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native mastery of Russian, paired with a strong working command of English (B2 level minimum) to comfortably navigate internal training and corporate communications.
  • Work Authorization: Must hold a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), an EU passport, or official Refugee Status.
  • Experience: Backgrounds in hospitality, guest relations, or customer care are highly appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic workplace with rotating shift schedules.

Compensation & Hours

  • Base Salary: €1,237 gross monthly (distributed on a standard 12-month calendar).
  • Working Hours: Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week (5 days a week).
  • Shift Format: 8-hour daily shifts with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
  • Operational Window: Rotational schedules operating Monday through Sunday, between 07:00 AM and 12:00 AM (Midnight).
