Key Responsibilities
In this Customer Support Representative role, you will represent our brand firsthand, ensuring our Italian-speaking clientele receives top-tier support. Your everyday tasks will involve:
- User Support: Promptly and courteously addressing customer questions via telephone, email, and live chat channels.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying user difficulties and patiently walking them through solutions for technical or account-related issues.

Candidate Profile
- Language Proficiency: Native-level or near-native fluency in Italian (both oral and written), coupled with professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Interpersonal Abilities: Superb communication skills, strong active listening habits, and a genuinely empathetic, client-focused attitude.
- Technical Aptitude: Skillful at multi-tasking across various digital tools, communication suites, and CRM applications.

Salary & Compensation Options
We offer two distinct remuneration packages designed to match your accommodation needs:

- Option B (Company Housing Included): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 if you prefer to utilize company-provided lodging.
