Position Overview
As a Travel Support Specialist, you will act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers who need assistance with their reservations. You will resolve questions, guide travelers through changes or issues, and ensure that they have a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centered approach.
Main Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and chat, offering prompt and courteous assistance.

Support customers with reservation management: new bookings, amendments, cancellations, special requests, and payment-related questions.

Provide clear explanations and effective solutions tailored to the customer’s situation.

Utilize internal systems and guidelines to process cases accurately and efficiently.

Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions.

Work closely with internal response teams when additional investigation or escalation is necessary.

Work toward service quality expectations, performance targets, and customer satisfaction standards.

Take part in continuous training sessions to stay updated on new procedures and product features.

Candidate Requirements

Fluent/native Dutch speaker (C2 level)

Strong English skills (minimum B2) for internal communication

Must be located in Greece or ready to relocate

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with digital platforms, chat tools, and CRM systems

Able to stay calm and solution-oriented during challenging situations
