Our growing international operations hub in Lisbon, Portugal, is actively recruiting motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialists. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador for a world-renowned market leader in premium household appliances and consumer electronics, delivering top-tier support to their customer base. You will work out of our modern, centrally located corporate office in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
As a Customer Operations Consultant, your goal is to turn routine technical queries into positive, lasting brand experiences by:
- Handling Multi-Channel Support: Professionally answering inbound requests from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding product features, warranties, delivery status, device setups, and corporate purchases.
- Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Carefully diagnosing customer problems with smart technology and home appliances, providing clear solutions, or routing cases to our engineering and repair teams.
- Managing Data & CRM Systems: Accurately logging all customer feedback, interactions, and ticket resolutions into our CRM database to maintain flawless tracking.
- Ongoing Professional Development: Participating in regular, fully paid training sessions to stay updated on new product launches, digital software, and advanced customer care strategies.
Candidate Profile: Requirements & Qualifications
We value a positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills above extensive industry experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken Dutch, alongside a solid professional command (B2 level) of English for internal company communication.
- Location & Status: Already living in Lisbon, or fully prepared and legally permitted to relocate to Portugal independently.
- Communication Style: Superb verbal and written communication abilities, backed by a patient, solution-oriented, and customer-first approach.
- Computer Literacy: Strong digital skills with the ability to multitask across multiple software systems and quickly master new platforms.
Preferred Assets (Optional)
- Prior experience in call centers, customer support, retail, hospitality, or technical helpdesks.
- A genuine interest in consumer electronics, smart home ecosystems, or modern kitchen appliances.
Work Schedule & Shift Framework
- Structure: Full-time employment contract, working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Operating Hours: Rotating shifts scheduled entirely within a daytime window between 07:00 and 17:00.

Compensation Package & Employee Benefits

- Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (including the standard Portuguese summer and Christmas bonus distributions).
- Language Bonus: An extra €150 monthly premium for utilizing your specialized Dutch language skills.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly in KPI incentives based on quality and productivity targets.
- Meal Allowance: €7 per active working day (adding roughly €140 to €150 extra net cash per month).
