Operating from our industrial hub in Ghent, you will act as the face of an iconic automotive brand, serving as the critical link between cutting-edge fleet technology and the global logistics firms that drive commerce forward.

The Mission: Driving Global Logistics Forward

This position goes well beyond traditional customer support. You will deliver strategic guidance and tailored interventions for elite fleet operators, transport partners, and specialized automotive dealerships.

• Flexible Hybrid Schedule: Maintain work-life balance by spending four days at our Ghent facility and one day working remotely.
• B2B Client Management: Manage critical inbound communications via phone and digital channels, upholding our uncompromising standards for safety and excellence.
• Analytical Troubleshooting: Diagnose the underlying causes of complex logistical and technical challenges to deliver optimal outcomes for corporate partners.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering divisions to ensure seamless workflows and data accuracy.
