German Speaking Content Moderator (on-site)

This is a full-time, on-site role that offers a unique entry point into the tech industry with a comprehensive relocation package.

Core Responsibilities

• Content Governance: Review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content (videos, text, and images) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and local German regulations.
• Objective Analysis: Apply critical thinking to complex cases involving cultural nuances, trending topics, and sensitive themes.
• Safety & Integrity: Identify and escalate potential risks, including misinformation, harmful behavior, or policy violations, to maintain platform health.
• Data Documentation: Accurately log moderation decisions and provide feedback on emerging content trends to help refine global policy.
• Quality Excellence: Consistently meet performance targets regarding accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

• Linguistic Excellence: Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1 minimum). Professional fluency in English (B2 minimum) is required for training, policy updates, and team collaboration.
• Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of the DACH region's social trends, internet slang, and cultural context.
• Analytical Mindset: The ability to make quick, logical decisions based on a complex set of evolving guidelines.
• Resilience: Emotional maturity and the ability to handle various types of online content professionally.
• Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or data entry is an advantage but not a requirement. We provide world-class training.
