We are looking for enthusiastic Travel Consultants to join an exclusive project for a world-renowned international airline. Based in our modern office in Mosta, you will be the voice of the airline, assisting German-speaking travelers from around the globe with their journey.

The Role

As a Travel Consultant, you aren't just answering phones; you are managing the travel experience. Your daily mission will include:

• Customer Support: Handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding flight bookings, baggage, and loyalty programs.

• Booking Management: Processing new reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision.

• Expert Advice: Providing clear information on international travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies.

• Problem Solving: Resolving complex travel itineraries and assisting passengers during schedule changes or disruptions.

• Quality Excellence: Ensuring every interaction meets the premium standards of a global aviation leader.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Near-native/Fluent German (C1 minimum) and a strong command of English (B2 minimum).

• Experience: Prior experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement. We provide comprehensive, paid training!
• Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Mindset: A professional, empathetic, and proactive attitude. You should be someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys helping people.
• Availability: Ready to work full-time on-site in Mosta, Malta.
