The Role
As a Remote Customer Advisor, you are more than just a support agent; you are a brand ambassador. You will handle inquiries from Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing expert advice and troubleshooting for a range of iconic, high-tech products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Expert Assistance: Provide top-tier support to Italian-speaking customers regarding product features, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and offer proactive solutions, ensuring a "first-call resolution" whenever possible.
- Brand Advocacy: Maintain the premium image of the brand by delivering empathetic, professional, and high-quality service.
- Data Management: Accurately log all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new product launches and technical updates through regular training sessions.
What You Bring
- Language Skills: Native or Near-Native Italian (written and verbal) is essential.
- English Skills: A solid B2 level of English is required for internal communication and training materials.
- Location: You must be physically located in Greece (or willing to relocate) as this is a Greece-only remote contract.
- Tech Savviness: A natural interest in technology and the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Mindset: A positive "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide full, paid training to set you up for success!
