We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our growing international team in Sofia. In this role, you will provide world-class customer service to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel-related inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities

  • Communicate with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with travel-related requests (bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries).

  • Provide accurate information, offer solutions, and ensure that every customer interaction results in a positive experience.

  • Handle inquiries efficiently and in line with service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Work closely with other internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and processes.

  • Keep accurate records of all interactions in the internal systems.

  • Contribute to the team’s success by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1 or native level) – both spoken and written.

  • Good command of English (minimum B2) – for internal communication and training.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and empathetic approach.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory – full training will be provided.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
