Your Role: What You Will Do
As a Solution Specialist on our team, you will:
- Drive Growth: Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to specific customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Accelerate Success: Increase technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
- Audit & Price: Confirm implementation requirements and execute precise pricing calculations.
- Digital Demos: Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers virtually via Microsoft Teams.
- Subject Matter Expert: Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and conduct group or one-on-one trainings for the center.
- Stay Ahead: Constantly research the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and its competitors.
Your Qualifications

The Ideal Match:
- Languages: Native or proficient in Dutch plus fluent in English.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is a plus).
- Experience: 3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
- Certifications: Minimum Fundamentals certification is required upon entry; L200 certification is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Broad ability to explain technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance within cloud/hybrid solutions.
- Sales Track Record: Proven history of outstanding performance and achieving ambitious goals.
Work Model & Location
- Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days on-site in our modern office and 3 days working remotely.
- The Setting: Our central office is located in beautiful Benalmádena (Malaga), right next to the beach area, offering a perfect work-life balance.
