Role Summary
In this role, you will engage with Dutch-speaking customers who need assistance with travel-related matters. You will help them navigate their reservations, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they receive a smooth and stress-free service experience. Your contribution will be essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall travel platform ecosystem.
Key Duties

Handle incoming customer contacts through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and friendly responses.

Support customers with accommodation bookings, reservation updates, cancellations, special requests, and payment clarifications.

Identify customer needs and provide clear, thoughtful solutions while maintaining an empathetic and professional tone.

Follow established procedures and utilize internal tools to deliver accurate and efficient assistance.

Document interactions and case details thoroughly in the system.

Coordinate with specialized internal teams when escalations or additional steps are required.

Meet service quality standards, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction goals.

Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about updates to processes, products, and policies.

Offer constructive feedback or suggestions that could enhance the customer experience or operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile

Native-level or C2 proficiency in Dutch

Good English skills (B2 or higher) for communication and training

Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate

Strong communication abilities, with patience, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset

Capable of working with digital tools, online platforms, and CRM systems

Able to remain calm and professional in sensitive customer situations

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus but not necessary as full training is provided
