In this role, you will be the face of a world-leading brand specializing in top-tier consumer electronics and premium household appliances. Acting as the primary point of contact for their Nordic customer base, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional service and care.

Work Format: Initial training must be completed 100% on-site at our modern, centrally located Lisbon headquarters. Upon successful completion of your onboarding, you will transition into a flexible hybrid work model.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your daily routine will involve:

  • Omnichannel Support: Managing incoming inquiries from Danish consumers via phone, email, and live chat—resolving questions about product features, warranties, delivery tracking, setups, and purchases.
  • Appliance & Tech Diagnostics: Listening closely to user problems with smart home technology and appliances, troubleshooting technical glitches, providing clear solutions, or escalating complex issues to the repair team.
  • CRM Data Entry: Carefully logging and updating details from every customer interaction, piece of feedback, and ticket resolution in our CRM database for seamless continuity.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Becoming a product expert on the brand's latest innovations and values, representing the company with authentic professionalism.
  • Continuous Learning: Engaging in fully compensated ongoing training sessions to stay sharp on new product releases, technical updates, and optimized service procedures.

Essential Criteria

  • Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken Danish, plus a solid professional command of English (B2 level) for corporate communication.
  • Mobility Status: Already residing in Lisbon, or fully prepared and legally permitted to manage your own relocation to Portugal.
  • Communication Style: Superb verbal and written communication skills, with a patient, solution-focused, and customer-first mindset.
  • Digital Literacy: Strong computer skills, including comfort with multitasking across multiple software interfaces and learning new programs quickly.

Preferred Assets (Optional)

  • Prior experience in call centers, customer support, retail, hospitality, or technical help desks.
  • A genuine interest in smart home systems, gadgets, or modern kitchen and home appliances.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Structure: Full-time, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
  • Operational Shift: Set daytime schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.
