We are seeking seasoned, performance-driven Experienced Freelance Mass Recruiters to expand our international talent delivery network. In this role, you will lead end-to-end, large-scale recruitment drives for our global clients operating across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in high-volume hiring environments—specifically within recruitment agencies, BPO providers, or high-capacity RPOs—and possesses a strong grasp of candidate sourcing dynamics across European and international markets.

Primary Accountabilities

• Large-Scale Candidate Sourcing: Proactively build, manage, and execute high-volume sourcing strategies using global databases, Boolean search, professional networks, and targeted digital channels.
• Rapid Screening & Vetting: Efficiently conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate applicants on technical suitability, language capabilities, regional work eligibility, and overall client fit.
• Pipeline Development: Establish and sustain deep pools of pre-screened talent ready for rapid deployment into client roles under strict delivery timelines.
• Market-Specific Alignment: Leverage solid knowledge of regional labor landscapes—particularly within Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East—to ensure smooth candidate submissions and compliance with regional norms.
• End-to-End Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary contact throughout the hiring journey, keeping candidate drop-off low through regular updates, expectation setting, and interview preparation.
• Funnel Tracking: Continuously record sourcing activity, stage progressions, and placement milestones within our centralized tracking platforms.

Essential Candidate Criteria

• Proven Mass Recruitment History: Minimum of 2+ years executing high-volume recruitment programs within a BPO, recruitment agency, or dedicated RPO environment (non-negotiable).
• European & International Market Familiarity: Demonstrated experience recruiting within or into European territories, alongside exposure to Asian, Middle Eastern, or African candidate pools.
• English Mastery: Exceptional spoken and written English skills. You must be comfortable assessing candidates' language abilities and coordinating directly with international stakeholders.
• Self-Driven Focus: Highly autonomous, metrics-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where results directly dictate your income.
• Advanced Sourcing Toolkit: Mastery of complex sourcing channels, job portals, social recruiting tactics, and talent mapping.
• Remote Infrastructure: Equipped with a dependable computer, quiet workspace, and a high-speed, stable internet connection suitable for daily video interviews.
