- Strategic Advisory: Provide high-net-worth individuals and families with structured estate and succession planning strategies tailored to multi-generational wealth preservation goals.
- Structuring Solutions: Identify appropriate legal, tax, and organizational frameworks—including corporate foundations, strategic gifts, and asset transfer models—to optimize long-term asset security.
- Joint Client Engagement: Work hand-in-hand with Private Banking managers and senior wealth advisors on complex, high-value client cases.
- Business Development: Drive fee-based advisory revenues (Honorarbasis) and expand our share-of-wallet across key regional client portfolios.
- Process Innovation: Introduce strategic concepts, modern planning tools, and fresh ideas to continuously refine the advisory framework and business line offerings.

- Must-Haves:
- Relevant Experience: 2–3+ years of practical experience in wealth structuring, estate succession planning, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or a Family Office environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of wealth preservation principles, asset transfer strategies, or German inheritance and gift tax concepts.
- Soft Skills & Articulation: Fluent German (C1+ level) paired with strong empathy, diplomatic tact, and superior communication skills necessary for navigating sensitive family conversations.
- Openness to Development: High motivation to complete specialized professional designations (e.g., Certified Estate/Financial Planner), which will be fully organized and funded by the firm.
- Location Presence: Ability to work hybrid across the Lake Constance region and conduct local client meetings.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Completed banking apprenticeship (Bankkaufmann), a degree in Law, Finance, or Economics, or active Estate Planner certifications.
- Practical experience utilizing Microsoft 365 and digital financial/estate-planning tools.
