About the job Dutch Speaking Account Executive (Hybrid)
We are seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Dutch-speaking Account Executive to lead a high-priority "Strategic Revitalization" initiative for a global leader in professional networking and digital media. This is an elite project focused on re-engaging top-tier corporate clients and optimizing their investment through high-level consultation and value-based sales strategies.
This position operates on a hybrid model based in Sofia, Bulgaria (2 days on-site / 3 days remote), offering the perfect intersection of professional collaboration and personal flexibility.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Portfolio Revitalization: Execute a high-level re-engagement strategy for a portfolio of dormant or under-optimized B2B accounts within the Dutch market.
- Consultative Value-Selling: Move beyond transactional sales by identifying client pain points and pitching complex, integrated solutions that drive ROI and long-term brand equity.
- Pipeline Orchestration: Master the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from rigorous lead qualification and discovery to final contract negotiation and account expansion.
- Investment Growth: Proactively identify white-space opportunities within current accounts to increase platform adoption and diversify client investment.
- Market Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert in digital marketing and recruitment trends, advising stakeholders on how to leverage premium tools to meet corporate KPIs.
Professional Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written command of Dutch (C1/C2) and professional proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
- Proven Expertise: A solid background in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, ideally within an outsourcing (BPO) or tech-driven environment.
- Methodological Depth: Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, lead generation frameworks, and pipeline management.
- Marketing Literacy: A strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to articulate the value of SaaS/digital advertising solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Experience navigating CRM ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce) and utilizing MS Office to drive data-informed decisions.
- Executive Presence: High self-motivation, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
