Your Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with German-speaking clients across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) to assist with all travel-related matters (including making, changing, or canceling bookings, and answering general inquiries).
  • Provide precise information, propose effective solutions, and guarantee a positive outcome for every interaction.
  • Manage customer requests efficiently, adhering strictly to all specified service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of complex issues.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all company products, services, and operational procedures.
  • Accurately log and record all customer interactions within internal systems.
  • Contribute to overall team success by sharing knowledge and offering support to colleagues.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: You must be fluent in German (C1 or native level) for all customer interactions, both written and spoken. A good command of English (minimum B2) is required for internal communication and training.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess a strong customer-centric mindset coupled with an empathetic and professional demeanor.
  • Able to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • While prior customer service experience is a benefit, it is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
  • Show a strong proactive attitude and acute attention to detail.
