WHO YOU ARE

  • Linguistic Mastery: Native-level Finnish (C2) and high proficiency in English.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of success in sales or the digital advertising sector.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or significant hands-on experience in a related field.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with online advertising ecosystems (Search, Display, or Video networks).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team-first spirit with a focus on organizational efficiency and quality.
