About the Role

Are you a fluent Czech speaker with a commitment to helping others and an interest in the travel sector? We are searching for enthusiastic, customer-driven professionals to join our international support team representing one of the world's top online travel and accommodation platforms.

In this role, you will act as the supportive voice and digital assistant for Czech-speaking guests and global hospitality partners. Operating remotely anywhere in Greece, you will resolve inquiries, update reservations, and ensure every trip runs smoothly. No prior travel agency experience is necessary—we offer complete, fully paid training to position you for success!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Serve as the main point of contact for Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and live messaging, providing empathetic, professional support.
  • Booking Management: Help users alter, cancel, or validate bookings across hotels, villas, and alternative property listings.
  • Partner Collaboration: Coordinate directly with international accommodation providers to solve booking discrepancies, price adjustments, or special customer needs.
  • Problem Resolution: Patiently handle client concerns and escalate complex technical or billing issues to specialized departments as required.
  • Data Integrity: Accurately record customer interactions and resolution outcomes inside our CRM platform.

Candidate Profile

  • Language Skills: Fluent Czech (C1/C2) and solid English capabilities (B2 minimum) for internal operational platforms and training.
  • Work Setup: Physically based in Greece with a quiet, dedicated home office space and a reliable internet connection.
  • Work Eligibility: Valid EU passport or complete legal authorization to work in Greece.
  • Experience: Background in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is preferred, but not mandatory—we hire for attitude and train for skill!
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with a rotating work schedule (5 days/week, 8 hours/day) within the 08:00 AM to 00:00 AM timeframe.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,200 gross per month, distributed over 14 months per year (€16,800 gross annual base following Greek labor laws).
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 20% monthly performance-based bonus.
