The Role

As a Customer Advisor, you aren't just answering phones—you are a problem solver and a travel facilitator. You will handle inquiries from corporate clients regarding their travel arrangements, providing high-quality support in both Dutch and English.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming requests via phone, email, and chat from Dutch-speaking business travelers.
  • Assist with bookings, cancellations, and modifications of flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Navigate travel software and internal databases to provide accurate information.
  • Proactively solve travel-related issues (e.g., delays or itinerary changes) to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, upholding the standards of a premium service provider.

Requirements

We value your attitude and language skills above all else. While previous experience in customer service or travel is a "nice to have," it is not a requirement—we provide full training!

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and an upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple screens and learning new software quickly.
  • Resilience: Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle complex travel scenarios.
  • Location: Willingness to work on-site at our modern office in Sofia.
