About the job German Speaking Sales Representative (Remote in Bulgaria)
We are seeking a high-performing, German-speaking Sales Professional to spearhead a strategic growth initiative for a global leader in professional networking and digital solutions. This is an elite "Refuel" project, focused on re-engaging high-value corporate accounts and optimizing their digital presence through sophisticated advertising and talent-acquisition tools.
This is a full-time, 100% remote role available to candidates residing anywhere within Bulgaria. We provide a premium relocation suite for international talent moving to Bulgaria to join this specialized team.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Growth: Execute a consultative sales approach to re-engage and scale a portfolio of high-value B2B accounts within the DACH region.
- Lead Qualification & Discovery: Utilize advanced methodologies to identify organizational pain points, map decision-makers, and qualify opportunities within the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Consultative Selling: Pitch integrated solutions that leverage data-driven insights to solve complex recruitment and branding challenges for corporate clients.
- Pipeline Excellence: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from sophisticated cold outreach and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Market Intelligence: Act as a subject matter expert on digital trends, providing clients with strategic advice on how to maximize their ROI on the platform.
Professional Requirements
- Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2) with the ability to negotiate at a C-suite level. Professional proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
- Sales Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of proven Sales experience, specifically within Tech, SaaS, or Digital Advertising.
- Methodological Depth: Solid knowledge of business development frameworks, lead generation, and rigorous qualification processes (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT, or similar).
- Remote Discipline: Proven ability to exceed KPIs in a 100% remote environment while maintaining high levels of self-motivation and organizational excellence.
- Educational Background: A University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
