Key Responsibilities
- Engage comprehensively with German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with all facets of travel support, including managing reservations, processing changes, handling cancellations, and clarifying general inquiries.
- Deliver precise information and effective, timely solutions, with the consistent goal of maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Resolve all client requests rapidly, ensuring strict compliance with all specified service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate closely and efficiently with other internal departments to guarantee the quick and successful resolution of complex issues.
- Maintain complete, current expertise regarding all company products, services, and operational protocols.
- Accurately record and document all client interactions and subsequent actions within internal database systems.
- Actively support the collective success of the team by sharing valuable knowledge and assisting colleagues as needed.
Essential Requirements
- Language Skills: You must possess full fluency in German (both written and verbal) for all client-facing duties. A strong working command of English (minimum B2) is required for internal communication.
